Hi, Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. So there are two things you can do You can create journal entries to add the money from your coffee shop, but I would avoid that. The second and easiest one to do is just create a daily and have a line item for each income type, so a line item for total credit cards, total cash, total cheques etc. You would be best doing an invoice for each till. That's a super quick way to input your cash. You can also setup those line items in Invoice Settings. You'll probably be doing some petty cash transactions. Just create a bank account called Petty Cash, and when you get something add the bill and mark as paid by the petty cash account.
