Hi there, quick couple of questions – 1. It looks like I can change the names of the expense types to make them more relevant. is there any issue doing this I should be aware of? 2. I have some expenses that I( have placed into incorrect expense types – is there a way to see what expenses are listed under a particular expense type and change it?
- Yep they’re for your end of year. Best not to touch them. We’ll be allowing you to hash tag them soon. So you can group for trips, projects etc.
There is also logic behind some of the categories like depreciation etc
- Yep. If you click on the expense you, and click edit. You’ll be able to change it.
If it’s locked delete the payment (Remember the date) make the change then re mark it paid.
