Just wondering how I will record money in as a retail cash business?

Although Bullet is designed to for service based business (invoices etc) you can still record payments.
Depending on how busy you are you can create an invoice once a day/week and do the following.
For each payment type, cash, chq, credit card, just create a line item in that “daily”, invoice.
Call the invoice “Taking for Date/week”.
