You use additions or deductions to enter those kind of payments. We can’t advise on how best to do that because we’re not accountants. But your accountant can and it only takes a sec to setup.
You’ll find them in Wages/Payroll Deductions. Once created you simply run payroll like normal and pick it from the dropdown.
