Hi Peter, have you any plans to add a function to attach a Flag / Label / Tag to Bills that would be visible in the Money Out Overview screen (below). We enter all Bills on the system as they come in and then Simon (who is in a different location) sits down with the foreman and goes through them all to approve for payment. The only way we can do this is to leave a comment on each invoice that we can then read and know which are OK to pay. It would be really great if there could be a tick box or something that you could pick a colour star or flag or something that would be visible on the overview page. For example If he flags something in Green it’s OK to pay, Red means Hold, Orange means Query, Blue means Can’t open attachment. Every user could assign their own meanings to the colours. Would a function like that be doable? It would really make paying all the bills at the end of the month much quicker and easier for everybody. Txs a mill, Sonya
Hi Sonya. There is a plan to tag like a hashtag all items. So you can then run one reports on anything.
The hashtags allow for things like projects, travel, customers, jobs etc.
It will probably be next year at this stage.
If your sitting down with a client (foreman) why don’t you just view the Client Statements?
