You can create a bank account called Shopify. Then do an bank statement import, and select ‘other’ from the list of banks.
Then copy your data from Shopify into the spreadsheet making sure not to change the column headers, nor the data format. Then import that CVS into that Shopify bank account and follow the workflows.
Or you can just create a single invoice every day/week/month for the total amount in Shopify.
* Remember shopify take a cut, so your items sold for 100 will actually from an accounting point of view only be 95 and a bill will be 5 for shopify fees.
