Hi Pete, Seasons Greetings. Could there be an issue with the email server? I don’t see any outgoing invoice emails since 21st Dec and there have been several recurring invoices generated since then?

We send 1,000’s of invoices a day so have tests running on that service all the time. We’re currently not seeing any errors on our system.
Try the following.
1) Check with your hoster that there isn’t any issues.
2) Check your settings on Bullet to insure they’re right, your hoster should approve them.
3) If you’re still having issues then remove your own hosting settings till the issue is resolved with your hoster. You can still send invoices via Bullet’s address.
4) The issue might be that that gmail now forces you to enable access to less secure apps in the admin area and apparently that now includes Bullet too!
