Hi Pete. Just following up if you had a chance to raise my queries re the above templates issue having payment details as a header with our terms underneath this? At the moment we’re sticking with the simple (default) quote template, as it is the least confusing. Also as mentioned previosuly, is it possible to reset my quote number to specific number and let it automatically increase from there? Thanks again. C
Just to let you know if you’re creating a chat, create a new one. We close old chats, seeing as you added to the old chat it just updated the closed call and nobody got notified.
I think that’s why you’re last message a month ago didn’t get picked up too.
