Hi Pete, I am having trouble emailing my invoices to clients. I have it set up so that they come from my server rather than Bullet as per your instructions. I have tried sending test emails and no luck. Can you resolve this issue for me. Thanks a million.
Hi. I’m afraid I can’t. It’s not our system but your hosting info.
Just contact the company your hosting your email with and check the info is right.
You can send them a screenshot of the page with the info you’ve entered.
We get alerts when the email goes down cause it’s used so much.
