Hi! I’m trying to add a new employee but I am getting an error to enter the Tax Rates as in Screenshot. I can click into and add the rates for USC but not for Tax Rate 1 or Tax Rate 2. How can I do this?
Bullet is telling you that the fields are empty.
If you’ve not set-up an employee before we strongly recommend that you do the following.
- Contact Revenue with the person’s Name, Address and PPS number.
- Revenue will add them to a P2C file and notify you when it’s done.
- You can download this file from ROS.
- You can then upload this file to Bullet
Bullet will then setup the employee and all their tax details correctly. If you’re not familiar with adding employees and their tax you could run into issues later.
The above steps are the simplest thing to do.
