Ok then the business will never owe you money you are the business. So the difference between sole trader and a limited company is as a sole trader you are the company. All income into "Anne", is classed as company income - you pay tax on it. All outgoings related to the business are just outgoings the business doesn't owe you anything. With a limited company the company is separate entity. If "Anne" buys something for the company then that company owes "Anne", back, that doesn't happen as a sole trader. Hope that helps.
You don't Anne, you "Anne" are the company. Like I mentioned that example only exists in Limited companies. You "anne", being the company means everything you spend (standard bills) can be used to reduce you tax bill. So you don't need to pick "anne" from the drop down cause "image interiors", is the company :)
