Hi guys – are you having any issues today with the app? I’m logged in on the web but earlier when I tried to upload a receipt it gave me an error message something like ‘Alert – network error’, failed to upload, when was at 99%. Our WiFi is working perfectly and I even tried a second office network we have. I deleted and reinstalled the app, and now it’s saying it doesn’t recognise my password (which I assume is the same as my bullet p/w for the web). Any tips? Need to know ASAP if possible please as VAT return needs to be submitted this afternoon, I’ve everything ready to upload today.. thankks! David
First time this has happened – of course it’s conceivable it’s still a network issue here so I will go home now and try it there and failing that will do a manual upload for my accountnant and create the good old fashioned excel file!
