emails are not being received by customers for invoicing and payslips are not getting to employees. however, i am receiving the emails can you help
Hi Dillion, We’re not getting any errors on our servers and I just completed a successful test there. Have you looked at the history & comments section of the invoice to see if it was opened/sent/delivered. Here’s a quick video showing you http://screencast.com/t/H8gF5vrf4E
Things you could check:
– Have you got the right email, typo’s etc
– Is it hitting their spam filter, Hotmail can be particularly troublesome?
– They don’t have rules setup in their email to route certain kind of emails to specific folders?
